By accessing or using our local search directory, creating an account, or registering a business listing, you agree to be bound by these legal Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease accessing the Platform.

1. Platform Overview and Eligibility

MyMapCity provides a digital local search index bridging consumers with Indian local businesses, merchants, and service providers across 650+ cities and multiple business verticals. To create an account or add listings to our platform, you must be at least 18 years of age and possess the legal authority to bind your business organization to these terms.

2. Business Listings and Merchant Guidelines

Merchants registering profiles under our "Add Business" pipeline agree to the following operational parameters:

• Accuracy of Information: You are entirely responsible for keeping your business name, phone number, catalog items, categories, and addresses accurate, complete, and up to date.
• Prohibited and Blocked Content: We maintain strict automated keyword monitoring architectures. You must not input spam, malicious text, adult services, fraudulent listings, or blacklisted keywords.
• Right to Moderate: MyMapCity reserves the absolute right, without prior warning or liability, to reject, suspend, edit, or completely delete any listing that breaches public policy, receives high spam reports, or goes against platform formatting criteria.

3. The Free Listing Model & Premium Visibility

• Completely Free Core Directory: Submitting basic business names, phone coordinates, maps, category classifications, and gallery data is completely free of charge. MyMapCity will never lock standard public phone numbers or contact data behind mandatory consumer paywalls.
• Premium Upgrades: We may introduce optional premium placement visibility tiers for merchants who wish to appear higher or pinned on targeted keyword-location slug search routes. These upgrades are subject to secondary commercial transaction agreements.

4. Third-Party Platform Links and User Interactions

• Directory Disclaimer: MyMapCity acts strictly as an informational search directory. We do not evaluate, endorse, guarantee, or monitor the internal operational quality, safety, legality, or business behavior of the third-party providers listed on our pages.
• Consumer Risk Assumption: Any contract, transaction, service call, or monetary interaction carried out between a user and a listed provider (e.g., calling a plumber, booking a hotel) is strictly a direct contract between those parties. MyMapCity is not liable for losses, damages, or disputes arising out of directory encounters.

5. Intellectual Property (IP) Rights

All custom features, site designs, codebases, graphics, CSS/SCSS sheets, database structures, search-routing mechanics, and system algorithms are the exclusive property of MyMapCity. You may not scrape, clone, copy, download, or reverse-engineer our platform components without explicit written consent.

By uploading photos, logos, or description copies to your business profile, you grant MyMapCity a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display that content across our index pages for search optimization purposes.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law (including the Indian Information Technology Act), MyMapCity, its founders, and employees shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages—including loss of profits, data corruption, or platform downtime—resulting from your use or inability to use our search index.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless MyMapCity and its officers from any third-party claims, liabilities, losses, costs, or attorney legal fees arising directly out of your violation of these Terms, your business listing content, or your violation of third-party consumer protections.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by, interpreted, and enforced in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal actions or disputes arising out of your relationship with MyMapCity shall be resolved exclusively within the competent courts of the state where the platform's operating headquarters are registered.
